Refunds & Returns Policy

At Emihr Essence, your satisfaction matters. 

14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. The logo sticker seal on the box flap must be intact and unopened.

Once accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and full instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your fragrance or discovery set is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on opened or used 100ml bottles, oils, or discovery vials. For hygiene and safety reasons, once the packaging has been unsealed, the product cannot be resold. Gift cards and discounted sale items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you would like to try a different fragrance, the simplest option is to return your unopened product for a refund and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take longer to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at hello@emihressence.com
